REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY
We're certain you'll love our service but in the rare circumstances that there are any issues, please feel free to send us a message and we will be happy to help :)

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders:
We try our best to provide you with an excellent service, so we cater individually to each booking.

In the rare event that there are issues at your event, such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and kindly request you to send us evidence so we can arrange a quick refund or compensation.

You must contact us within 14 days of your booking date.

Unwanted Booking:
If you have changed your mind and no longer want to go ahead with your booking, we can provide a full refund - minus the £100 non-refundable deposit.

This is because we reserve slots on our calendar as soon as we confirm your booking, so other potential customers may be turned away. The £100 non-refundable deposit pays for this reservation.

This must be within 14 days of your order date.

There may be other options available so please do contact us on the first instance so we can explore these. We always put you first and want to solve any issues as soon as we can :)
