WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE CLOUD 360 WHEN THERE ARE CHEAPER OPTIONS?

Yes, we may not be the cheapest option out there but those are usually standard metal-base booths, with poor lighting, no props and can only fit 2-3 people max.

Our 360° Photobooth is uniquely-fitted with an LED glass floor to provide an infinite-drop effect and can comfortably fit up to 7/8 people at once as it spans 100cm in diameter. We use high-quality studio lighting to cover all angles, providing a true photobooth experience!

​

We will work with you to choose a custom audio track and a special filter/overlay for all your videos. We also provide many props such as money guns, bubble guns, bubble turret, gold chains, tiaras, coloured fans, flower crowns, sunglasses and many other hand-held printouts!

​

Each video is sent to individual guests and uploaded to an online video album for you to watch all the memories back later!

Our booth experience is truly one of the best in the game!

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Manchester but can cover locations across the north west uk at no extra cost! These include Leeds, bradford, liverpool, blackburn and surrounding areas.

For locations further out, such as birmingham/London, please get in touch as we may be able to travel to your area at an additional charge :]

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT FOR?

Every quote includes a £100 non-refundable deposit.

 

When you make a reservation, we dedicate the slot for you and turn away any other potential customers. If you later change your mind, we will make a full refund - minus the £100 non-refundable deposit as this covers any potential business that we lost whilst reserving your slot.

HOW DO I BOOK?

When you purchase from our website store, you are simply requesting a reservation and paying the full cost in advance. After each order, we check availability in our calendar and get in touch with you to confirm the booking along with logistics and/or remaining balance (if paying cash). In some cases, if your date/time in unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternative dates or a full refund.

To avoid the risk of a denied/refunded booking, please get in touch with us using the form below to confirm availability first. This way we can guarantee your slot and confirm the booking as soon as you order it.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We're certain you'll love our service but in the rare circumstances that there are any issues, please feel free to send us a message and we will be happy to help :)

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders:

We try our best to provide you with an excellent service, so we cater individually to each booking.

In the rare event that there are issues at your event, such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and kindly request you to send us evidence so we can arrange a quick refund or compensation.

​

You must contact us within 14 days of your booking date.

​

Unwanted Booking:

If you have changed your mind and no longer want to go ahead with your booking, we can provide a full refund - minus the £100 non-refundable deposit.

This is because we reserve slots on our calendar as soon as we confirm your booking, so other potential customers may be turned away. The £100 non-refundable deposit pays for this reservation.

​

This must be within 14 days of your order date.

There may be other options available so please do contact us on the first instance so we can explore these. We always put you first and want to solve any issues as soon as we can :)
